Nancy Kovack played Medea the epic action/fantasy film Jason and the Argonauts. Her character was memorable to males in my age group. It's odd that her screen time is less than what the one we have in mind today from this production, however everyone knows that her sexy dance number is a highlight To top the list, it's been reported that her vocal performance was overdubbed by the soon-to-be Bondgirl Honor Blackman. Perhaps because she needed a more classy British accent? Nancy Kovack has always been well-known, particularly in period dramas where people talk about Shakespeare. She didn't seem to be a troublesome person to rub shoulders with Tarzan, Batman, the Three Stooges, Vincent Price, Dean Martin, Captain Kirk or Elvis Presley, all great cultural icons, as I'm sure that you'll appreciate. Nancy Kovack: What made her so unique? Her characters' solid determination? Perhaps it's her gorgeous appearance? Nancy admits to preferring the roles of support over actors. Her fifteen-year film career has been full of surprise and gems.
